Recording Studio Working Policy

1. **Booking and Scheduling**:
   - All sessions must be booked in advance, with a 50% deposit required to secure your slot.
   - Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.
   - Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. **Cancellations and Rescheduling**:
   - Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.
   - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will forfeit the deposit.
   - Rescheduling within 48 hours may be subject to availability and an additional fee.

3. **Arrival and Setup**:
   - Clients are expected to arrive on time. Delays will result in a shorter session.
   - Setup time is included in the booked session. Additional setup time may incur extra charges.

4. **Payment**:
   - The remaining balance is due at the end of the session.
   - Payment can be made via cash, credit card, or online transfer.
   - No recordings or materials will be released until full payment is received.
   - Projects advances are non-refundable.

5. **Session Conduct**:
   - Clients are responsible for the behavior of all individuals they bring to the session.
   - The studio reserves the right to terminate the session if any individual’s behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
   - No food or drinks are allowed in the control room.

6. **Equipment and Studio Care**:
   - Clients are expected to treat all equipment and studio facilities with care.
   - Any damage caused by the client or their associates will be charged to the client.

7. **Data and Files**:
   - The studio is not responsible for any data loss. Clients are advised to back up their files regularly.
   - Recorded files will be kept for 30 days after the session. After this period, the studio is not responsible for archiving session data.

8. **Project Timeline and Charges**:
   - The maximum time allowed to complete a project is 6 months from the start date. 
   - Any sessions required beyond 6 months will incur an additional charge of 1000₹ per hour.
   - Projects will be closed after 1 year. The studio will contact clients to deliver the project. If the client is unreachable or unresponsive, the studio reserves the right to utilize the project to recover pending dues.
   - Clients who do not respond for 6 months will not receive a refund or be able to merge their payments with another project.

9. **Project Hold**:
   - Clients may put their projects on hold by informing the studio via email or WhatsApp.
   - Projects on hold are limited to a maximum duration of 12 months.
   - If clients delay or are unable to visit, project charges may increase based on current studio rates.


Refund Policy

1. **Deposits**:
   - Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where the studio is unable to fulfill the booked session.

2. **Session Cancellations**:
   - If a session is cancelled by the client within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the deposit will be forfeited.
   - Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

3. **Rescheduling**:
   - Sessions rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance will have the deposit applied to the new session date.
   - Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur additional fees.

4. **Service Issues**:
   - If a session is interrupted or cannot be completed due to technical issues or other problems attributable to the studio, clients will be offered a partial refund or a rescheduled session at no extra cost.

5. **Refund Process**:
   - Refund requests must be made in writing via email.
   - Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

6. **No Show**:
   - Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled session without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and no refund will be issued.

7. **Long-Term Projects**:
   - Projects not completed within 6 months will incur additional charges.
   - Projects will be closed after 1 year, and pending payments will be collected. If the client is unreachable, the studio may utilize the project to recover dues.
   - Clients unresponsive for 6 months will forfeit any potential refunds or the ability to merge payments with other projects.
